Participation Agreements are required for everyone attending camp. They must be filled out and submitted by June 1st. (Click Here for the link - it will also be in your confirmation email)
All leaders over the age of 18 must have completed the California State and AGNCN District requirements for working with minors. These requirements need to be completed and submitted by June 1st. This includes:
1. A completed AGNCN Volunteer Application - only needs to be submitted digitally once.
2. Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance through the AGNCN District - only needs to be done once.
3. A valid California Mandated Reporter Training certificate of completion - needs to be updated every 2 years.

Johnathan and Kailani are dedicated to serving families! They have a passion to see children and teenagers become disciples of Jesus, and to journey with parents, encouraging them, as the spiritual leaders of their homes. They have been serving together in ministry for 13 years in various Kids and Youth ministry roles and are currently the Kids and Youth Pastors at Bethel Church in San Jose, CA.
Pastor Amanda has been involved in Children's Ministries for over 15 years and believes if children taste and see the supernatural power of God and His Presence, they will never settle for a counterfeit. She wants to help children really KNOW God. She is passionate about teaching children to develop and understand Biblical principals and most importantly to experience God's extravagant love for themselves.
As this group's leader, I acknowledge responsibility, on behalf of my organization/church, for any and all damages caused by the students that I am charged to oversee. I affirm that I will take photographic proof of the conditions of the room at check-in and again at check-out. Depending on the circumstances I will coordinate with the camp to ensure costs are covered for damages incurred in the area I am entrusted with.
Additionally, I acknowledge that I am responsible for any student that is acting in a disrespectful and disobedient manner to camp or facility authorities in regards to their safety or the safety of others, and will make the necessary calls and arrangements should it be decided that the student must be sent home due to the unrepentant and willful disobedience.
