Retreat Arrival: 4:30pm on Friday, October 9, 2026 

Retreat Departure: 10:00am on Sunday, October 11, 2026

Retreat Attendees: Girls in 6th-12th Grades during the 2026-2027 school year 

*Girls must be attending with a church and at least one female chaperone.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:

Everyone attending must fill out a Participation Agreement by September 25th.

All volunteers over the age of 18 must have completed the California State and AGNCN District requirements for working with minors. These requirements need to be completed and submitted by September 1st. This includes: 

1. A completed AGNCN Volunteer Application - only needs to be submitted digitally once.

2. Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance through the AGNCN District. Contact our office if you have any questions: [email protected].

3. A valid California Mandated Reporter Training certificate of completion - needs to be updated every 3 years.

Once it is submitted you will receive further instructions by email for completing the rest of the requirements.

 Special Diet Request Form: This form is to be used ONLY for necessary special diets due to MEDICAL restrictions. You will be notified prior to the retreat if we are unable to accommodate your request. Thank you! 

REGISTRATION & FINANCIAL TERMS:

Registration is refundable and transferable until September 11, 2026. After September 11th, registrations are only transferable.
