Our Annual Business Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 29th, at Destiny Christian Church, Sacramento Campus as well as by Zoom! This will allow everyone to participate, regardless of whether they are able to travel to Sacramento. For more information on this process, click here.

Registration Information

• Pre-Registration will be open until April 10th and is $35/pp for all voters and non-voters. Beginning April 11th, registration fees will increase to $50/pp.
• Online Registration is available until 6 PM, Monday, April 28th. 
• Church Delegates will be asked to provide the credential ID number of their Lead Pastor.
• Voting Device: Each registered voter must have access to a phone or tablet with cell service to vote. The District will be using Election Runner for the first electoral ballot. Each registered voter is required to have a unique email address and will receive an email with a link to the first electoral ballot at 10 AM on Monday, April 28th. This ballot will be open from 10 AM to 10 PM on Monday, April 28th. The District will use a website called Slido (sli.do) for all subsequent voting during the live business meeting on Tuesday, April 29th. If you are planning to attend in-person and do not have access to a device you can bring, please be sure to mark that in your registration below so we can make arrangements for you to participate in the voting process.

Please Note - There will be no food court at this year's District Council. The Missions Lunch will be on Monday, April 28th, and seating is limited.

Important Registered Voters 

Each voter will need to register their voting device with a cell phone number for text messages and/or email. Voting devices must have a cellular signal, such as a smartphone or tablet. Voting instructions will be sent to your registered device 30 minutes prior to the scheduled business meeting.
