Retreat Arrival: 4pm on Friday, October 4, 2024 

Retreat Departure: 10am on Sunday, October 6, 2024

Retreat Attendees: Girls in 6th-12th Grades *Girls must be attending with a church and at least one female chaperone.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:

Everyone attending must fill out a Participation Agreement.

All volunteers over the age of 18 must have completed the California State and AGNCN District requirements for working with minors. These requirements need to be completed and submitted by September 1st. This includes: 

1. A completed AGNCN Volunteer Application - only needs to be submitted digitally once.

2. Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance through the AGNCN District - only needs to be done once.

3. A valid California Mandated Reporter Training certificate of completion - needs to be updated every 2 years.

Once it is submitted you will receive further instructions by email for completing the rest of the requirements.

5. Special Diet Request Form: This form is to be used ONLY for necessary special diets due to MEDICAL restrictions. You will be notified prior to the retreat if we are unable to accommodate your request. Thank you!
